Standard house cleaning or deep cleaning?
Standard house cleaning is routine upkeep of the rooms and tasks you agreed on a home that is already in reasonable shape. Deep cleaning is the buildup-focused option, for a home that needs detailed work or a reset before recurring service starts. Both are quoted per home, and the quote request is where you say which one you want.
Standard house cleaning
Deep cleaning
Many clients start with a deep clean, then move to a lighter recurring schedule to hold the result. Either way the task list is agreed before the visit, so the quote covers the work that is actually needed. What the detail option includes is listed on the deep cleaning in Los Angeles page. For homes in Beverly Hills itself, see our Beverly Hills house cleaning services page.
How to prepare for a house-cleaning visit
The goal is not to clean before the cleaners arrive — it is to clear the way so the visit is spent cleaning rather than tidying. Four things help the most:
- Clear counters, floors and surfaces. Pick up laundry, dishes, toys and paperwork from the rooms being cleaned so surfaces can actually be wiped and floors vacuumed.
- Flag pets, fragile items and rooms to skip. Tell us where pets will be, point out anything fragile or already damaged, and name any rooms you would rather we leave alone.
- Confirm access before the appointment. Agree how the crew gets in — whether you will be home, a doorman or front desk lets them in, or a key or code has been arranged — before the visit, not on the day.
- Name add-ons in the quote scope. Interior oven, interior fridge, interior windows and laundry change how long the visit takes, so they belong in the quote request rather than being added at the door.

House cleaning near Beverly Hills
Cleaning Nerds is a cleaning company working within roughly a 15-mile radius of Beverly Hills. House cleaning is our most requested service, covering single-family homes, condos and apartments of every size, either as a one-time visit or on a recurring schedule.
What a house cleaning covers
A standard visit covers bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, hallways and entryways. That means dusting reachable surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, scrubbing bathroom fixtures, cleaning kitchen counters and appliance exteriors, and removing trash. Anything outside that list, such as interior oven, interior fridge, interior windows or laundry, is added to the scope when you request your quote so it is priced and planned rather than squeezed in.
How pricing works
We quote per home rather than publish a price list. Two homes with the same number of bedrooms can take very different amounts of time depending on condition, layout and what you want covered. Tell us the size of the space and the tasks you have in mind, and you will get a written quote for that specific job before anything is scheduled.
One-time and recurring cleaning
Some clients book a single visit before or after an event, or when a home needs catching up. Others set a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule so the same task list is repeated at a predictable interval. Both are available, and you can start with one visit and move to a schedule later. See the recurring cleaning service details. To weigh the options, compare one-time, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning options.
Service area
Our coverage is deliberately focused: approximately 15 miles from Beverly Hills, including Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Culver City, Brentwood. If you are not sure whether your address is inside that radius, send your ZIP code with your quote request and we will confirm before going any further.
