How is building access handled?

Do you clean shared spaces such as balconies or storage?
Balconies and in-unit storage can be included if you mention them when you request a quote. Building common areas are managed by the building, not by individual residents.
Should I book a deep clean or a standard clean first?
If the unit has been maintained recently, a standard clean is enough. If it has been months, or you are moving in or out, a deep or move-out clean is the right starting point.
