How is it different from a deep clean?
Construction dust is finer and settles repeatedly, so surfaces that look clean at first pass need revisiting after the air settles. A deep clean assumes an occupied, dust-stable home.
Does the site need to be finished before we clean?
Trades should be done and debris removed first. If painters or installers return afterwards, dust returns with them, so sequencing the clean last is what makes it hold.
Do you remove construction debris?
No. Hauling away lumber, drywall offcuts, packaging and fixtures is the contractor's work. We clean the space once that material is out.
