How much does a cleaning cost?
Every job is quoted individually. Square footage, number of bathrooms, the condition of the space and the tasks you want covered all change the amount of work involved, so we confirm those details and send a written quote rather than publishing a rate card.
How does the quote process work?
Send your name, phone or email, the service you need, your ZIP code and preferred timing. We follow up to confirm the scope, then send a written quote for that specific job before anything is scheduled.
What is included in a standard cleaning?
Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, hallways and entryways: dusting reachable surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, scrubbing bathroom fixtures, cleaning kitchen counters and appliance exteriors, and removing trash.
What is included in a deep cleaning?
Everything in a standard clean plus detail work: baseboards, door frames, switch plates, grout, cabinet fronts, reachable vents and light fixtures, and built-up grime. Interior oven, interior fridge, interior windows and blinds can be added to the scope.
How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of the space and the scope agreed. When we send your quote, we also tell you the expected length of the visit and how many cleaners we plan to send.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients arrange access in advance and are not present during the visit. We agree entry details with you beforehand and follow the instructions you give us.
How often should I schedule cleaning?
It depends on how the home is used. Households with children or pets often prefer weekly visits, bi-weekly is the most common choice for homes that stay reasonably tidy in between, and monthly suits smaller or lightly used spaces.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, the team arrives with the equipment and products needed for the agreed scope. If you would rather we use products you supply, tell us when you request your quote.
How should I prepare?
Clearing counters, floors and other surfaces lets the team spend their time cleaning rather than tidying. Let us know about pets, fragile items, or rooms you would rather we leave alone.
