Pool cleaning, from the same company that cleans the property.
Cleaning Nerds offers pool cleaning alongside cleaning and gardening, so more of the property can be handled by one company. Tell us what your pool needs and the quote confirms the requested pool work and the property.
What is included
- Pool cleaning for houses, condos and rental units
- Pool cleaning for commercial and managed property
- Scope agreed with you before anything is scheduled
- Can be combined with a cleaning or gardening visit on the same property
- Available throughout the service radius
- Quoted per property, in writing
Who this is for
- Homeowners who would rather one company looked after the house, the garden and the pool.
- Landlords and property managers keeping units and shared areas presentable.
- Short-term rental hosts whose pool is part of the listing.
- Realtors preparing a property for photography, showings or handover.
- Offices, studios and buildings with an outdoor pool area.
How quoting works
Pool cleaning is quoted per space rather than from a price list. Tell us the size of the area, what you want covered and when you need it. We confirm the scope with you, then send a written quote. Nothing is scheduled until you accept it, and if the space turns out to be different from what was described we talk to you before changing anything.
Preparation and access
- Tell us the address or ZIP code and the approximate size of the pool area.
- Describe what you want looked after so the scope can be confirmed.
- Tell us how access to the yard, gate or pool equipment is arranged.
- Mention any HOA, building or shared-area rules that apply.
- Say whether you want pool cleaning on its own or alongside another visit.
Where we work
We cover about 15 miles from Beverly Hills, which includes Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Culver City, Brentwood and the neighborhoods between them. If you are not sure whether your address sits inside that radius, send your ZIP code with the quote request and we will confirm before anything is scheduled. See all service areas.
Questions about this service
What pool cleaning work is included?
Pool cleaning is scoped to your property rather than a fixed list. Tell us what you want looked after and the quote confirms the requested pool work before anything is scheduled.
How is pool cleaning quoted?
Per property. Send the address or ZIP code, the size of the pool area and what you want covered, and we reply with a written quote. Nothing is scheduled until you accept it.
Can pool cleaning be combined with other services?
Yes. Pool cleaning is often requested alongside a house clean, gardening, a recurring visit or exterior work such as pressure washing. Mention everything you want covered in one quote request so the visit is planned realistically.

Yes. Pool cleaning is available for homes, rental units, short-term rentals and commercial property inside the service radius. Tell us who arranges access and how the property is used.
Which areas is pool cleaning available in?
