Nothing is scheduled until you accept it, and if the space turns out to be different from what was described we talk to you before changing anything.
Preparation and access
- Move vehicles, patio furniture, planters and doormats out of the area.
- Close windows and doors that face the surface being washed.
- Tell us what water and power access is available on site.
- Tell us if the area is shared, gated or subject to HOA hours.
- Point out any cracked, lifting or previously repaired sections.

Which surfaces can be included?
Tell us what the surface is: concrete, masonry, painted wood, stucco or siding. Suitability and the right approach are confirmed with you during the quote process rather than assumed.
Will washing remove stains completely?
Not always. Some staining and discolouration improves without disappearing. Send photos of the areas that concern you and expectations are set before anything is scheduled.
What does the site need?
Share access details for the area, including water and power availability, so requirements can be confirmed before the visit.
How is pressure washing quoted?
By area and surface type. Send the approximate square footage or the number of parking spaces, plus what the surface is, and we send a written quote.
How should I prepare the area?
